You may avoid processing fees by making payment at the event by cash or check.
Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to event start time to set up. You are responsible for break-down and clean up of your area. No offensive material may be presented by you. You hold harmless the venue and the event producer for any potential liability due to your participation as a table sponsor.
